Water is very important in our body, we can survive
10 days without food but we can't survive 10 days without water.
Water can help us to lose weight. By increasing
water intake we increase our metabolic rate. But we all know that is hard to
drink lots of water . Here are some tips how....
1. Drink 2 glasses
of water when you woke up in the morning, 1 glass before meal, 1 glass during
and 1 glass after, including your snack.
If we sum all of
those we come up 14-17 glasses of water, which is equal to 3-4 liters of water
a day.
2. Drink water
every hour.
Drink water right
after you wake up and every after an hour. If you are awake 14-16 hours a day
that is equal to 14-16 glasses of water equivalent to 3-4 liters of water
everyday.
