Must follow to have healthy body

Being fat, overweight, plump, chubby, obese, heavy, tubby,stout, etc. nowadays is not a problem, you just need to set your goals and follow my easy tips to have healthy good looking body.

1. We need to cleanse and detox.
To cleanse and detox we need these healthy foods like.

These foods helps to clean our digestive system. So it can perform its best, so we can get  the vitamins and nutrients of the food we eat.

after cleansing and detoxing. we need to watch-out the food that enter on our mouth.
All things that enter's our mouth has calories except "WATER", water is 0 calories.

2. Calorie counting.

we need to count calories so we know how much calorie we are taking every day.
An average person can burn 2000cal this is without exercise, so if we are taking too much for that 2000cal we will gain weight. But if we eat less than 2000cal then we will loose weight.

3. Water

Water is life so we need water to live. we need to take 2liters and above water to fill-up all our body needs.

4. Metabolism
This means to breakdown foods we take to become energy.
We need exercise or an activity to burn those food and become energy.
